How will I know when my pedal is shipped?

Tracking information will be sent to the email you placed the order with automatically once it has been shipped. Delivery modifications must be made prior to shipment - we cannot change orders once they have been shipped. If you have not received a notice within a week, contact us.

 

Which shipping services are available?

Domestic orders are shipped USPS with signature confirmation.

International orders are shipped DHL or UPS. Customs fees will be prepaid. Please, do not ask to mark items under value or as gift.

What is the warranty on your pedals?

Land Devices warrants our products to be free from physical defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original retail purchase. If you discover a defect covered by this warranty, we will repair or replace the product.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects that arise from the correct use of this device. It is limited to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modification, abuse, lightning or power surge damage. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of graphics, knobs, or enclosures.

Please, contact us prior to sending any products in for repair. These terms are subject to change. 

 

What is your return policy?

This is a small operation and cannot accept returns through the online shop. Please, visit one of our retailers to see them in person or online that may offer returns. 

If your pedal arrives damaged or not working, we will repair or replace free of charge including shipping costs.
